Because every mum deserves to feel held and heard.

Held & Heard Motherhood was born from my own experience as a mum of two.

After having my children, I struggled during the early stages of postpartum. I often felt isolated, found it difficult to meet like-minded mums, and wasn't always able to access the professional support I needed when I needed it most.

Through my own journey, I realised there was a gap in support. While there were plenty of groups focused on babies, there weren't enough safe spaces where mothers could talk openly, feel understood, and be supported without judgement.

That's why I created Held & Heard Motherhood.

My mission is simple: to ensure no mother has to feel alone. I want every mum to have a place where she feels seen, heard, supported, and connected—because motherhood was never meant to be done alone.
